Fabric - Background

Bring 1 metre of white cotton fabric to paint for your background.   Also  bring a range of fabrics that reflect the colours and textures of the rainforest.  Batiks, furnishing fabrics, landscape prints (eg fossil Ferns) and hand-dyed fabrics work well.

Fabric - Foreground

Choose fabrics to match foreground details such as, rocks, trunks, or water.  Some of these will tend to have more noticeable texture or pattern than your background fabrics.
